FISCHER & RECHSTEINER has acquired part of the Freight Forwarding business of BCUBE S.p.A., specifically related to Project Cargo and international import/export shipments.
The transaction is expected to close early in the fourth quarter of this year. F&R takes over - within its area of expertise - the management of the former BCUBE business, ensuring full operational and commercial continuity. Relationships with customers and foreign agents will continue uninterrupted, with the support of the same current team.
